Overview:

This certification introduces the fundamental concepts of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and educates users on how to perform thermal analysis of electronics components and assemblies using scSTREAM.  After completing this certification, you should be ready to start working on your own scSTREAM models for electronics applications.

Attendees will gain understanding of the following items: 

• Overview of CFD Analysis
• Introduction to Cradle CFD and scSTREAM
• Demonstration examples with Step-by-Step instructions covering pre-processing, solving, and post-processing:
• Smartphone model
• Graphics card model
• How to use HeatPathView to visualize thermal flow paths

This certification includes three courses:

3)     scSTREAM for Electronics Seminar Two
