Thecancellation of any Instructor-Led Courses or Virtual Instructor-Led Coursesmust be done by written letter, fax, or email. There is no fee charged forcancellations or rescheduling that are submitted 24-hours prior to the onlinesession. Those who cancel less than 24 business hours prior to theInstructor-Led Courses or Virtual Instructor-Led Courses, those who fail toattend their training appointment or those who are not available at thescheduled training time will forfeit that time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Customers with multiple cancellations for thesame course will also forfeit their training.
