This intermediate course is ideal for users ready to take advantage of EDGECAM’s excellent tooling database system. Students will learn how to build a ToolStore database that can act as their company’s Virtual Tool Crib.
The course includes the following topics:
• Creating Mill, Turn, Hole and Probe tools
• Using Custom Graphics for accurate simulation of tools, holders, angled heads and fixtures
• Job Kits and Live Job Reports
• Cutting Data for automatic feed & speed lookup
• Storing data in the Stock, Fixture and Machine Managers for easy insertion into CAM project
• Database Administration
