UK Courses Hexagon reserves the right to refuse admission to attendees arriving later than the designated start time and for non-payment of the invoice prior to attending.  All services, incorporating, not exclusively, Customer Training and Consultancy, are sold on a non-refundable, non-transferable basis with an expiration date no later than 12 months from purchase order receipt date. Any changes to a delegate's confirmed booking of a training course, made within 2 weeks of the course start date, may incur additional charges.On the rare occasion when we may need to cancel or reschedule the training course, we will aim to give all delegates a minimum of 2 working days' notice. Delegates will, wherever possible, be given priority on the next available course.
