Important: Please email your training coordinator as soon as possible to notify us and reschedule your training (
[email protected]). If you cancel your class with more than 5 working days’ notice, you will be refunded full credit or your training credit. Confirmed class registrations changed or cancelled later than 5 full working days prior to the commencement of the seminar will be billed 50% of the course fee or ½ of your training credit. No-shows (you don’t show up, and you don’t contact us to cancel) will forfeit the training credit or the class fees.
