Introduction to EDGECAM Workflow interface for solid part, stock, fixture & machine setup. Automatic feature recognition of turn CAD features to apply rough turn, finish turn, groove, thread & hole cycles. Verification of toolpath simulation and NC Code generation


Pre-Requisite Getting Started


Base Course for beginners to EDGECAM for either Wireframe or Solid users.

By the end of this one-day training course, delegates will have a thorough understanding of the positioning and machining of wireframe or solids:

   - Load/reloading of solid models
   - Model manipulation
   - Model to toolpath associativity
   - Automatic Feature recognition
   - Geometry extraction
   - Associative manufacturing operations
   - Simulator


    NOTE:  This course is taught Day 3 of the 4-Day Standard Production Training Course.

Any changes to a delegate's confirmed booking of a training course, made within 2 weeks of the course start date, may incur additional charges.

    On the rare occasion when we may need to cancel or reschedule the training course, we will aim to give all delegates a minimum of 2 working days' notice. Delegates will, wherever possible, be given priority on the next available course.
