Introduction to C & Y axis milling in the turning environment. Automatic feature recognition of prismatic CAD features to apply milling cycles in axial & radial planar mode. Application of rotary features and axial milling in rotary mode for Fanuc & true Polar milling (G12.1/G112). 


A one-day course comprising of:

- Machining with C & Y Axis
- Axial, Radial, Manual & Rotary Feature Finding
- Automated Workflow Machining of Planar Radial & Axial Pockets & Slots
- Roughing Cycle, Flat Land Finishing Cycle, Profiling Cycle, Hole Cycle (Axial & Rotary), 
- Thread Milling, Parallel Lace Cycle, Solid Machining, Containment Boundaries 
- Milling Operations Available in Turning Mode
- Fanuc Polar and True Polar - G12.1 (G112)
- Milling on the Axial CPL Without a Y axis or Limited Stroke. True Polar 
- Rotary Track & Workshops
- Homework - Legacy Wireframe Radial Axial & Rotary

Any changes to a delegate's confirmed booking of a training course, made within 2 weeks of the course start date, may incur additional charges.
