RADAN - Radprofile

Description

TNG0004:  This is a three-day course designed to provide you with a working knowledge of the Radprofile two-dimensional computer aided manufacturing (CAM) system.


The course content includes:

     - Radprofile - GUI Workspace - Part Editor
     - Basic 2D drafting functions including DXF.
     - Automatic tooling - parameters - tagging.
     - Overview of manual tooling.
     - Layout of parts - parameters - plotting.
     - Automatic Order mode.
     - Program compilation, verification and output
     - Subroutines
     - Configuring User system data.
     - Configuring Tool and Sheet Libraries.
     - RADAN nesting software (Rectangular & Shaped) - configuration - scheduling - kits -automating the nester.
     - Configuring Automatic Tooling, Automatic Order.

 

There are no pre-requisites for this course. However, a basic knowledge of sheet metal profiling techniques and having some computer skills would be an advantage.

All services, incorporating, not exclusively, Customer Training and Consultancy, are sold on a non-refundable, non-transferable basis with an expiration date no later than 12 months from purchase order receipt date. Any changes to a delegate's confirmed booking of a training course, made within 2 weeks of the course start date, may incur additional charges.

On the rare occasion when we may need to cancel or reschedule the training course, we will aim to give all delegates a minimum of 2 working days' notice. Delegates will, wherever possible, be given priority on the next available course.
