EDG_TRG65:  

Delegates who attend this 2-day course will be led through a series of examples which will gradually explain the power of the 5 Axis machining engine, including: 4 & 5 Axis Simultaneous Surface Machining Swarf Machining Blades, Blisks, Impellers Port Machining Simultaneous Deburring Tool Axis Control Machine Axis Control Collision Avoidance Multi Pass and Roughing Toolpaths.

The course is based on a wide variety of machine tool scenarios including: 

  • 5 Axis Table/Table Milling 
  • 5 Axis Head/Table Milling 
  • B Axis Turn/mill 
  • 4 Axis Milling/Turning 

This course is designed to give delegates a deep knowledge of the above using both methodology and practical scenario based techniques. 

You must have completed the following courses before attending this course:
  • EDG_TRG12 - EDGECAM Essential Milling
  • EDG_TRG32 - EDGECAM Standard Milling (Std Cycles)
  • EDG_TRG31 - EDGECAM Standard Milling Rotary & Indexing

Any changes to a delegate's confirmed booking of a training course, made within 2 weeks of the course start date, may incur additional charges.

On the rare occasion when we may need to cancel or reschedule the training course, we will aim to give all delegates a minimum of 2 working days' notice. Delegates will, wherever possible, be given priority on the next available course.
