1 - Number of participants

The number of participants in all seminars/training courses is limited!
Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
Minimum number of participants: 3 people


2 - Terminations, cancellations and non-participation (so-called “no-show”)

Vero is entitled to cancel seminars and training courses due to insufficient numbers of participants, see point 1, or for reasons for which Vero is not responsible. In this case, customers will be informed in good time and alternative dates will be offered.

You can cancel a course date confirmed by us free of charge up to 10 days before the start of the course. If you cancel at short notice without an important reason, you will be required to pay the full course price. Of course, you can also send a replacement person to the training instead of canceling.
