This course covers more swiss milling and turning, such as back turning, thread milling and engraving. 

  • Understand how to start a program from a template. 
  • Become more comfortable orienting parts in the workspace. 
  • Become familiar with Engraving cycles on the OD of a part. 
  • Learn how to create ID-turning operations. 
  • Learn how to make a Custom tool. 
  • Understand how to use the Split Faces command. 
  • Learn how to create a Thread Milling cycle. 
  • Become familiar with saving and applying process files. 
  • Learn how to create stock in Simulation Parameters. 
  • Understand what comparison is and how to use it to verify a part.
