This free online course teaches the user about fundamentals of using a laser tracker for metrology. Students will learn the basics of measuring with a laser tracker with an introduction to reflectors and hardware components. This course will also introduce statistical concepts such as accuracy and precision as they relate to laser trackers. Upon completion of this course, students will have a basic understanding of metrology concepts, as well as a foundation on proper practices for the use of a laser tracker.
