This course introduces a variety of hot and cold metal forming processes through hands on workshops. The workshops provide an easy to understand and practical approach of learning metal forming simulation and pest practices using Simufact Forming software. Furthermore, theoretical background information is given, and advanced modelling features are explained. The course can be specifically adapted to different manufacturing methods relevant to the participant.

Prerequisites:

“Simufact Forming – Introduction” and “Simufact Forming – Basic Tutorial” or similar experience as well as basic understanding of the manufacturing processes to be simulated.
