The goal of this course is to learn how to create hex mesh for solid parts, that will be used in the welding simulation using the MSC Apex Modeler. It focuses on various techniques available in MSC Apex used for creation of hex mesh and considers typical welding components as well as the transfer of meshes created in MSC Apex to Simufact Welding. The course is not a comprehensive introduction into the MSC Apex Modeler. The user will have to check the MSC Apex documentation for details and additional options as needed.
