Overview

In this tutorial, we will guide you step by step through the basic workflow of a CT reconstruction in VGSTUDIO MAX. The scan we will reconstruct is a USB stick that was scanned in a cone beam scanner setup.

Learn how to:

Load the projection files
Use the projection preview to cut away unneeded areas of the projection files
specify a suitable position for the detector offset calculation
Correct a misaligned scanner geometry of the CT system
Compensate for artifacts
Use the slice preview to view and optimize the effects of the selected parameter settings
Specify the settings for saving the reconstruction result
