In this video, we’ll show you to use VG software to evaluate wall thicknesses or gap widths in your parts, or compare the wall thicknesses of the nominal part and the actual part.

For parts with simple geometries or nearly parallel structures, we’ll demonstrate the Ray method.
For more complex, organic shapes — such as complex 3D-printed components — we’ll explore the Sphere method.
