Brief introductions are document series where a rough overview is given about our products. Part of the documentations is intended use case and main functions. This documentation is not by all means a substitute to detailed training but they can help the users with quick start.
| qs-STAT It is designed to evaluate production-relevant quality information statistically and to assess processes and systems. Significant and well-established statistical evaluations provide the basis for the assessment and continuous improvement of processes in industrial production. Furthermore, the standards and guidelines included in the software provide necessary orientation. Link to: qs-STAT - Brief Introduction |
| solara.MP The evaluation of machines, production facilities and current manufacturing processes is based on the statistical analysis of characteristic values. Processes measuring predefined characteristics provide these values. In order to avoid misinterpretations, the recorded measured values have to be reliable reflecting the real conditions, i.e. measurement processes have to be capable of performing the demanded task in the respective situation. solara.MP is the perfect choice to establish measurement process capability. | Q-EMPB (Initial Sample Reports) For the sampling process, i.e., for the documentation of the results of the initial sample tests, the Q-DAS Product Line offers the Q-EMPB module. Link to: Q-EMPB - Brief Introduction |
| procella in 30 minutes The intention behind this document is to show that procella can be easy to use and easy to configure. For this, a general example will be used that can be implemented to various manufacturing environments. Nevertheless, it is supposed to serve as food for thought, since every customer has a little bit different needs and use cases. That is a beauty of procella, that it can be used and tailored for specific purpose just as customer need. Link to: procella - Brief Introduction |
| Q-DM (Upload) The Q-DM application (formerly Q-DAS Upload) is the central tool for automatic cyclical upload of measurement files from external systems to a database. This includes data from coordinate measuring machines that store the files in a Q-DAS compliant data format, or local O-QIS MCA/CMM Reporting installations that forward the files to the central upload after the first control loop. | MCA/CMM-Reporting MCA/CMM reporting is a Q-DAS QM tool for measured value analysis and an ideal supplement to the use of coordinate measuring machines. In the most commonly used configuration, MCA/CMM reporting is a pass-through of files. Data sets - written by measuring devices - are loaded, displayed and passed on after confirmation. Hereby, the MCA/CMM reporting represents the first control loop, the direct information for the operator of the measuring machine and can be structurally placed before the central upload. | QAE In short, QAE is a product that can be used "out of the box". Users can easily access many of the possibilities of the Q-DAS world without any configuration. It is intended for new customers and small and medium sized companies. Link to: QAE - Brief Introduction |
