I'm quietly new in quindos, I stocked on Tool changer calibration and change probes from changer.
I have configuration:
PH10MQ+PAA1+TP20body+TP20module+tip3by50mm.
there is my procedure:
USEPRB (NAM=TCR$ALIGN)
SetActiveTool (NAM=TCR$ALIGN)
TCRCALPRB (DIA=3.000, ZOF=-160.0, TYP=Wrist, SNT=TP2, BAN=0.0, SAF=2.0)
TCRINIT (TCR=1, TYP=MCR20, PHA=0.0, PHB=0.0, IEX=0, DEL=N, IOP=B)
TCRDATUM (FULL=Y, TCR=1)
USEPRB (NAM=MASTER)
All above is calibrated and works ok but USEPRB change doesn't work properly. Machine wants to make change on PAA1 not on module section.
Look like some offset from center of indexing to module is not correct. TCRCALPRB works perfect, TCRDATUM works OK
Only change probe quindos try to do on wrong height
