Calibration Issue with SP600 – Standard Deviation 2000 and Flexion 0

Hi,

We have a problem during SP600 calibration with a client. The results show a standard deviation of 2000 and flexion of 0.

The system worked fine before. No changes were made to the PC (Q7 2020 on Windows 10). The client also replaced the calibration sphere, but the problem persists.

I don’t understand the cause or how to fix it.
Any advice?

  • So, I think you need to supply some more information as I don't recognise the parameters "standard deviation" & "Flexion". Can you supply any screenshots, error mesages or data? A good start would be the stylus configuration - how long, geometry etc. Fixed or indexing head? I guess the problem is reproducible over several configurations? In short, everything you have!
