help.hexagonmi.com is now the Nexus Documentation Center

Register for a Nexus Account to get the full benefits of the Nexus Platform and Home site, including the new Nexus Documentation Center.

For users who did not have an account on help.hexagonmi.com, click the Register for Nexus link below and then follow steps 3 and 4.

For users who had an account on help.hexagonmi.com, your account has been migrated. Follow the steps 1 through 4 (as shown in the video) to complete the registration process:

1. Click the Start button to access our secure login, enter your email address, and click "Continue".
2. Click "Forgot password" and reset your password using the link sent to your email.
3. Log in to Nexus Home, accept the Hexagon Cloud Services Agreement, and fill out your company details.
4. Click on Documentation Center in the left-hand navigation menu.

For Product Support, login to Nexus and click on the Contact Support button for your product.
