Frequently Asked Questions
Users can export the optimization deck from the model browser which exports the *.json file. The *.json file is the configuration file which contains the optimization parameters. This file can run from the command line option. Please refer to the documentation for more information.

It is recommended to select the part consolidation optimization option for larger assemblies with multiple parts.
Warning and error codes are displayed in the Studies tab or in Post by double clicking on the GD Status. The GD Status is highlighted when an error occurs.
Meshing is done automatically and without any pre-entered settings. There is no need to change the element size manually. Optimization switches between different resolution levels to achieve the best results and ends the optimization as detailed a mesh as possible.
